Marisa Porto fell in love with newspapers as a kid and still hasn't gotten over them. She spent 20 years as at various newspapers, mostly in Florida but also in South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio and Delaware. Along the way, she has held jobs as a reporter, section editor, assitant managing editor and executive editor.
